¶ Issue Description
Some users encounter a “failed to calculate route” error even though a pathway exists between the Docking Station and the work area.
In these cases, the pathway was created from the work area to the Docking Station, and Yarbo is unable to calculate a valid route.
¶ Recommended Solution
If you experience this issue, we recommend the following:
- Delete the existing pathway
- Recreate the pathway starting from the Docking Station and leading to the work area
In many reported cases, creating the pathway from dock → area resolves the routing calculation issue, even when the reverse direction does not work.
