There are three ways to turn off Yarbo.
¶ Method 1: Power Off Using the Mobile App (Recommended)
This is the safest and most straightforward way to shut down Yarbo.
¶ Using the Mobile App
- Ensure your phone is connected to Yarbo.
- Open the app and navigate to: Main Page → Safety Setting→ Shutdown Yarbo.
¶ Method 2: Manual Shutdown by Disconnecting the Battery
Use this method when app control is unavailable.
- Before disconnecting the battery power cable, make sure Yarbo is not in operation and the emergency stop button has been pressed.
- Then, open Yarbo's power cover and manually disconnect the battery power cable to power off Yarbo.
¶ Method 3: Manual Shutdown Using the Power Button
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds or longer
Yarbo will shut down after the long press.
¶ Important Safety Note: Reset Button
⚠️ Do NOT press the Reset button unless explicitly instructed by Yarbo Support.
- The reset button is not part of normal shutdown procedures
- Pressing it without guidance may cause unexpected behavior
- Do not use the reset button for troubleshooting unless directed by support
