¶ Root Cause
- Internal wiring or connection issue
- Grass buildup or debris jammed in the cutting disc area
- Malfunction of the cutting motor or cuting height motor
¶ Diagnostic Tip
- Lift the front of the mower: If the error clears when lifted and returns when lowered → possible Internal wiring issue.
- Inspect the cutting discs: Remove any grass buildup or debris that may block blade movement.
- Check if the error occurs consistently after clearing debris. If yes, contact support.
¶ Solutions
- Replacement Unit: In confirmed hardware failure cases, Yarbo support may arrange a replacement.
- Remote Fix: In certain cases, Yarbo support can resolve the issue via remote troubleshooting and motor firmware updates.
