Yarbo prioritizes HaLow as the main method for transmitting RTK positioning data because it is stable and recommended.
When the Data Center (DC) connection = 3 (offline mode) and HaLow also disconnects for unknown reasons, Yarbo cannot receive RTK correction data.
As a result, RTCM(Real-time GNSS correction) data is lost, and the GPS icon (RTK system connection status) in the app will turn grey.
Note: During normal operation, the connection status may switch between 2 and 3. This is expected behavior. However, a solid status 3 that does not change is not normal and may indicate a connection issue. If you see a constant status 3, try refreshing the page or view a few times to ensure the displayed data isn’t stale.
Open the App Diagnose Page.
Even if HaLow reconnects, if DC Connection remains 3, it means the DC still cannot connect to the Internet.
Without Internet access, the DC cannot upload location data to the NTRIP server, and Yarbo cannot receive the highest-accuracy correction data.
