Lithium‑ion cells self‑discharge over time. A 15‑minute top‑up charge every three months keeps the battery active.
Extended inactivity accelerates capacity loss and degradation.
To protect the battery in cold weather, Yarbo automatically runs its heating system. Other systems — RTK positioning, HaLow connectivity, anti‑theft, and the operating system itself — also draw power when the machine is powered on.
Yarbo’s Battery Management System includes over‑charge protection, so it’s safe to leave the unit plugged in and charging on its docking station between jobs.
Power off Yarbo and remove the battery pack.
Store the battery in a cool, dry environment. The ambient temperature and humidity of the stored products shall meet the conditions specified in the form below, and shall be placed in a clean, day, ventilated room with moisture-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof and anticorrosive measures.
Storage Temperature | ≤1 month | -20℃~60℃ |
≤3 month | -20℃~45℃ | |
≤1 yaer | -20℃~20℃ | |
Storage Humidity | 0~70% RH |
Use the wired charger to recharge for 15 minutes every three months to maintain health.
If you notice a significant decrease in its working hours:
You may contact us and we will consider offering you a replacement for the battery.
- The battery pack's lifespan is influenced by operation frequency and total working hours. If the operating time per full charge noticeably decreases, please consider replacing the battery pack.
