The Snow Intake Effect parameter (30–55) sets the auger motor's current threshold in amps. As Yarbo clears snow, it continuously monitors the auger's current draw — when that current exceeds your set threshold, indicating thicker or heavier snow resistance, Yarbo automatically slows its driving speed to maintain stability and clearing performance.
| Mode | Description | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Performance | Focuses on complete clearing and precision. | Yarbo slows down even when snow intake is moderate, minimizing missed spots and ensuring a thorough result. |
| Efficiency | Prioritizes speed and working efficiency. | Yarbo waits until a higher snow intake before reducing speed, enabling faster snow clearing — though small patches may occasionally remain. |
