- Open the Yarbo App and go to Add Device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your new Yarbo Core via Bluetooth.
Your Yarbo needs to be online for us to migrate your map.
- If the Core and Data Center were not shipped together as part of the same new package — for example, you replaced only the Core and kept the old Data Center, or replaced only the Data Center and kept the old Core — they are not paired. In this case, you must complete the Data Center replacement/pairing process.
🔗 Replace Data Center
- Keep your new Yarbo Core powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.
- Place the Core on the Docking Station.
- Once everything is set up, contact Yarbo Support (or reply to your ticket/email: support@yarbo.com) to confirm, and our team will assist with transferring the map.
- Your original Core must be functional and connected to the internet: For the Yarbo support team to retrieve and migrate your existing map, the old Core must be able to power on and connect to Yarbo’s servers. If the Core is damaged, unable to boot, or cannot establish a connection, map migration will not be possible.
- Map migration requires the new unit to be online.
- The process must be done manually by our support team.
- Wi-Fi caution after migration: Once the map has been successfully migrated to your new Core, we recommend forgetting the previous Wi-Fi network on the old Core. This helps prevent unexpected network conflicts or confusion between devices.
