| NetRTK | Data Center 1.0 | Data Center 2.0 | |
| What it is | A network RTK service — correction data comes from an external network over the internet | A physical RTK base station installed at your property (Yarbo Local RTK) | |
| How it works | Correction data is received from the network over the internet. | Acts as a fixed anchor, sending real-time corrections data to Yarbo. Works on satellite visibility — the Core and the Data Center need a shared view of the sky. | |
| Installation | None — nothing to mount or wire | Required. Needs an unobstructed 120° sky view; roof or wall mounting recommended. | |
| Network connection | Internet — check NetRTK coverage at your address in the App first | Wired Ethernet to your router | Wired Ethernet or home Wi-Fi |
| Subscription fee | Free for life (since Aug 1, 2026) | / | |
| Best for | People who want a simpler setup | People who want a private, locally deployed correction source | |
Yarbo supports three network connection methods:
NetRTK provides positioning service only and does not provide network connectivity.
If NetRTK is used for positioning and HaLow connectivity is also required, a Data Center must be installed.
Without a Data Center, Yarbo can still use Home Wi-Fi or 4G for network communication.
